The sculpt classes are my signature workouts designed to strengthen and tone your muscles using the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair and Mat. Some classes use props, while other classes only use the machine or your own body weight.
The cardio classes are a dynamic and invigorating workout that combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with low impact cardiovascular exercises using the jumpboard, or circuit training either with Pilates equipment or on the floor.
Stretch classes are a rejuvenating and restorative experience designed to enhance flexibility and release muscle tension either with Pilates equipment or the mat. This class focuses on gentle flowing movements and static stretches
I have always had a passion for fitness and health. I grew up doing gymnastics then transitioned into diving, where I was a NCAA All-American collegiate diver for Princeton University. I then found my way into performing on Royal Caribbean Cruises, eventually becoming a stunt woman for film and television. While pursuing my stunt career, Pilates began as a way to enhance my performance and prevent injuries, and it quickly became a passion that transformed my approach to fitness and overall well being.
With my background, I understand the importance of strength, flexibility and balance, and I've designed a diverse library of on-demand classes that cater to all fitness levels and lifestyles. My approach combines traditional Pilates exercises with an athletic feel, using slow controlled movements to achieve mind muscle connection and the ultimate burn; leaving you feeling stronger and more energized physically and mentally after each workout.
